Tiffany made the whole process very easy to understand. I’m a very inquisitive person when I don’t understand what I’m doing and when I don’t know what I don’t know. Any question I had, anything I wanted to be sure that I was understanding correctly, Tiffany did not hesitate to make sure I knew what I needed to know. That was a great comfort throughout the entire process. Her timeliness and friendliness were also greatly appreciated to a first time home buyer.

The whole process was so smooth. This was my first mortgage and Sam walked me through everything, including the dumb questions I had. I am now a mortgage expert. Also, Sam lowered my rate just a couple days before closing. Who wouldn’t want that!! Love love love it. Would definitely use Sam and his team again.

Aaron Bell was amazingly, and exceptionally, emotionally supportive and encouraging. The process was smooth, and he provided clear, realistic, yet empathetic info and expectations on what was needed on my part. Aaron also clearly described what USA Mortgage was providing for me within the realm of my budget. However, despite Aaron's amazing professionalism, his assistant Colleen McNamara, while extremely helpful, could have been more supportive. I spoke to her many times, and while she was succinct and professional in her approach, she should have exuded more warmth and understanding during the process. As a single, after 37 hears, newly divorced home buyer I wasn't very comfortable with her approach or tone,. After my initial contact , I cringed when I saw her number on my caller ID. Despite my tears and stress, and realizing my end goal, I stuck it out and am now a proud owner of my FIRST home! THANK YOU USA MORTGAGE...and especially Aaron Bell. For the first time in SO long, I am at peace, and I LOVE my new sanctuary!
